- Enquiries: name, email, phone and message submitted through the contact form.
We also collect technical information such as browser type, IP address and device information through standard server logs and analytics, where enabled.

When you send a referral from the platform, we share the business name, contact details and audit summary you choose to include with the selected partner. We do not sell your data to third parties. All directory partners — forensic accountants and business law firms alike — are listed as a courtesy and are not part of any fee or commission arrangement.
5. Storage and security
Your data is hosted in Australia using Lovable Cloud infrastructure (Supabase). We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and Row Level Security to keep your information protected. No system is completely secure, so we encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your login details private.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

You can update most account and audit information within the app. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, contact us through the Contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
